New platform for AMA journals such as JAMA

We have two journals from the American Medical Association: JAMA and The Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.  These journals have migrated to a new platform called JAMA Network.  As the JAMA Network is currently designed, it looks like you have to sign in to see full text articles (see screen capture below).  However, you really only need to sign in if you wish to use the Network's personalization features.  If you want to view the full text, just click the PDF link!  The AMA will probably change this, since they're getting a lot of questions from users!
