New Book by Organic Farmer Launched April 5

Organic Farmer Atina Diffley speaking at Open Book, April 5 at 6:00

Atina Diffley has written a page-turner of a book detailing her life and struggles as an organic farmer and land activist. Her new book "Turn Here, Sweet Corn," published by the University of Minnesota Press, will be launched on Thursday, April 5. A reception, reading by the author, and book signing begins at 6:00 PM at Open Book, 1011 Washington Ave. So., Mpls. The event is free and open to the public.
